"I had a great time there. The turkey hot melt is a good surprise for me. The bread is a focaccia not a simple toast. The spinach fetta quiche is delicious too. On top of that, the waitress (though I dunno her name) was very attentive. She came to serve me before I asked for her. That’s a very sweet gesture. No wonder the people enjoyed having meals there."

"First time coming here read reviews before.. ordered a chocolate milkshake. Oj the menu the chocolate milkshake comes with whip cream and adding on top. Mone came with no whip cream whatsoever little disappointed about that. Staff were friendly at the cashier friendly. Camr out with smiles when serving our food. Overall lovely place the milkshake was quite very big a litttle too big couldn’t finish it. They didn’t ask if we wanted to judt get a smaller size for it. Tho it was a good experience not too crowed but not too loud either. Might come back might not but it was a good experience THABK you x"

"We had a wonderful experience at Ilcafe Glenelg! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach, with a cozy and relaxed atmosphere both inside and out. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried Turkey hot melt and roast chicken, and everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. You can tell the kitchen really takes pride in the quality of what they serve. The service was excellent — the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. They made us feel right at home and added to the overall positive vibe of the cafe. It’s a great spot whether you’re after a relaxed breakfast, a casual brunch with friends, or just a good coffee and snack while enjoying Glenelg. Highly recommend Ilcafe for anyone visiting the area — we’ll definitely be back!"

"Another favourite cafe of mine in Adelaide. This is in Glenelg, near Woolies in Bayside Shopping Centre. What makes Ilkafe great is its staff. I have seen hundreds of customers here dining, etc all with a smile and joy all because of the staff, from the frontline to kitchen. I recently had scrambled eggs with toast. Tastes great as well, but more importantly delivered with a gentle smile from the kitchen. I hope Ilkafe will always have this."

"Great pit stop on our toad trip. Toasties/ melts made to perfection exactly as we wanted & not with basic cheep bread. Hot chocolate for my son, he said it was the best since leaving home 2 weeks ago. Coffees perfect, although I recommend an extra shot if you like it strong. Staff really attentive & friendly, keen to get your order correct. Ideally located near grocery stores so we could top up on essentials. Managed to park easily for 1hr free on Jetty Street with our 14ft caravan."
